Do your rings come with a certificate?
Yes. Every moissanite and lab-grown diamond ring comes with a certificate of authenticity, including details about cut, carat, colour, and clarity.
Can I get my ring resized?
Absolutely. We offer one free resizing per ring within 30 days of purchase. Just contact our support team to arrange it.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes. We’d love to help you create a bespoke piece. Reach out to us with your ideas, and we’ll guide you through the process.
How long does shipping take?
For UK orders, please allow 5–7 working days. Custom orders may take longer—refer to our Shipping Policy for more.
